As a speed fanatic,
motorsport fanatic and just simply a car fanatic I watch thousands of
documentaries,tv shows or just simple video clips on cars. King of
Speed is the latest one I have seen, it was done by famous
British
actor Idris
Elba. Idris takes us on a tour of speed revealing along the way his
long standing obsession with speed. He aslo shows us how all
motorsport genre have some link or another. His documentary spans
from North America and the birth of Nascar to Finland the home of
most of the worlds greatest rally drivers. In my opinion this is one
of the greatest series about cars and motorsport I have seen. Not
because of the history he teaches us, or the cars he drives but being
able to relate to the passion he has for cars, speed and driving as
well as the respect that goes along with it. Hands down one of my
favorites and one of my highlights of 2014. Enjoy.
