The BLUES


       

Lets face it, i am from a small island in the Caribbean called Jamaica. Yes we are world renowned as the birthplace of reggae and the King of Reggae himself Bob Marley, and other things I do not need to mention :). But what Jamaica isn't know for is the passion we have for cars and particularly the passion we have for Motorsports, tuning and customization. From a young age, as i suspect it is for most males, my love for cars began with collecting Matchbox and Hotwheels cars. I have since moved past my boyish ways, not really, to take my love of cars seriously and try my hand at photojournalism. I will save all this boring info for another article maybe someday when i am old.

SEMA, this was the first time I went to Vegas and the first time i had ever seen so many people in one location for one event. You could say I had died and gone to automotive heaven, but it was more than that to me. Yes I was with the Jamaican Tuner Magazine man himself, Denton, with a joint tactical insurgency of photo-graphical proportions. We spent two and a half days combing through a melting pot of USDM, JDM, Euro and American muscle, Rat Rods, Hot Rods and some unknowns. With over 3000 pictures taken, countless hours of walking and probably most importantly meeting some of the faces behind the names. The Vaugn Gittin JRs,the Jessie James, and driving beside the man himself Ron Fellows and not realize it made this event one of the most memorable we had ever experienced. SEMA 2014 here we come.
